A few of the questions we have already been asked are:

 

Q) Where does the name ‘Blotz’ come from ?
A) Blotz stands for ‘Buildings, Landscapes and Other ThingZ’ as we cover a wide variety of objects.

 

Q) Where can we meet up with you ?
A) At present we do a fair amount of work at Chedworth Roman Villa in Gloucestershire (a National Trust property). For dates, etc please see our “See Us At” page.

 

Q) Will you make custom items ?
A) Yes. We’re more than happy to discuss your requirements about custom items. Drop us a line and we’ll see what we can do. Chances are we’ll ask you for a diagram / picture of what you need.

 

Q) How long will it take for my order to arrive ?
A) While most of our products are ready for dispatch, some items need to be made to order, so please refer to the individual product descriptions for the timeframe.

 

Q) Will you ship to Europe, the USA and elsewhere in the world ?
A) Yes we are happy to ship our products to anywhere in the world.

 

Q) I have a great idea – are you interested ?
A) We’re always interested to hear what you’d like to see added to the range.

Q) What is your returns policy ?
A) If you change your mind about any items purchased from Blotz, then that isn’t a problem providing the items are returned within 7 days of receipt in saleable condition.

 

Q) I had an account on this website and its disappeared – why ?
A) The most recent changes to the Data Protection Act (GDPR) in May 2018 meant that we sent out an email to everyone who had a Customer account on our website in order to get their permission to retain their customer data. If we didn’t get a response to the email we were obliged to treat it as if the customers permission had been revoked so we needed to delete their account.
