Sales from our online shop are subject to the following terms and conditions which you are deemed to accept when placing an order.
Retail Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all retail transactions through this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date above).
It is your responsibility to ensure the information you supply to us is correct. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
Delivery Time
All orders placed with Blotz have up to a 28 day turnaround as all items are made to order.
All items are despatched either via Royal Mail or Parcelforce (48 hour) as appropriate.
Prices, Payment and Delivery
All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. The price you will be asked to pay includes delivery charge. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. We accept payment by PayPal at the online shop (and credit / debit cards via telephone). UK drawn cheques can also be used for orders placed by letter, or phone. Your order will be posted to you within 28 days of receipt of payment.
All prices include VAT at 20%. The VAT will be automatically deducted at checkout for any postal address which is not within the UK and EEC tax area (i.e. anywhere outside Europe). Our VAT registration number is 308 6495 81.
Change of Mind Cancellations
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) following the day you receive the goods. Any cancellations must be made in writing to the address below. You can obtain a full refund of the purchase price paid (excluding delivery costs to you) by returning the undamaged product (at your expense) to us. Whilst the goods are in your possession, you must take reasonable care of them and must not damage them.
Returns Policy - Faulty Goods
If the goods delivered to you have a manufacturing defect you may return them to us. Any refund offered due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge and the cost of returning the goods to us. THESE RETURNS POLICIES DO NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. DETAILS OF YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU OR CONSUMER DIRECT.

Data Protection / GDPR
The recent changes to data protection mean that you can request the data we hold about you at any time and you can request that we remove you from our database. If you indicate that you wish to be removed from our database we will then remove both your user account and any historical orders linked to that account.
All payment details are help by Paypal, not ourselves
We do not undertake any form of direct mailing / marketing using details collected from our database - all announcements are done via our Facebook page or on the front page of our website.

Blotz products and the blotz.co.uk site are protected by copyright and trademarks laws. You must obtain written permission from Blotz to produce, modify, copy or distribute any of our material for any commercial purposes. You may store information in electric form for the sole purpose of placing an order or corresponding with us.
