Barberry – Berberis species
Use this Natural Dye at a ratio of 50% dyestuff to fibre
This Natural Dye will produce a clear yellow with an Alum mordant, Iron and Copper modifiers will give shades of greens.
Mordants are not required but they can enhance the colours.
