For this Natural Dye no mordant is necessary.
Use this Natural Dye at a ratio of 1:1 dyestuff to fibres.
Best to soak the bark for 72 hours before using to dye with.
Simmer for at least 1 1/2 hours to extract the colour which gives pink/tan shades.
Deeper shades of pink can be produced if an Alum mordant is used.
