For this Natural Dye an Alum mordant is recommended and for a stronger yellow colour use more than the usual 150% Natural dyestuff to fibre
Flower heads alone give a bright yellow, leaves and stalks a green colour.
An Alum mordant is recommended for all protein fibres, while a Tannin Alum mix is recommended for all cellulose fibres.
Iron & Copper modifiers will give shades of green.
