A 10mm scale modern style L-shaped building featuring a entranceway with porch and a helipad on the roof. Can be used to represent a hospital or office complex.

Once constructed, it is in three sections. One section is the foyer area and first two sets of windows. The mid-section is 2 sets of windows high, and the roof section has a single set of windows.
