Office Block (3 x 3) (Helipad)

A 10mm scale building in the style of modern office block with a canopied entrance and a helipad on the roof.

Width = 115mm (4.5″)
Length = 115mm (4.5″) (+25mm / 1″ canopy)

Once constructed, it is in three sections. One section is the entrance and first two sets of windows. The middle section is 3 sets of windows high, and the roof section has two sets of windows.
Additional middle sections can be purchased to increase the height of your building. (Code: B10-CS-251)
